Korkuteli Facilities

GOLDEN Inc. was founded in 1988 in Korkuteli, Antalya, where Golden apple species is grown mostly in high yield and started production in 1989. Morello Plants it acquired in 1991 was established in Dereçine town with the most beautiful nature and fertile lands of Turkey where the world-famous "Morello" cherries and other fruits are produced.

Together with Korkuteli and Morello Plants, it operates in 23 500 m² covered area within 65.000 m² area.

Korkuteli Plants with daily processing capacity of 400 tonnes of apple juice concentrate; Morello Plants with daily processing capacity of 50,000 tonnes of fruits are capable of processing apricots, peaches, cherries, grapes, pomegranates, apples, quinces, and tomatoes with 400 tons/day capacity. Korkuteli Plants having 2 aseptic carton box filling, 1 glass bottle with 1 lt capacity, 1 glass bottle with 1/4 lt and another 1/2 lt capacity filling lines, has annual 30 million fruit juice filling capacity and cold storage and 1200 ton storage tanks capacity. Moreover, it is possible to make production with 250cc, 500cc, 1000cc plastic containers with the hot filling technique used by Morello for the first time in Turkey. Morello is able to make 15 million liters of fruit juice production annually on its fruit juice line.

GOLDEN is among few plants which are able to store the produced concentrates in its own storage tanks. Golden also has been the first firm in Turkey implementing the ultra-filtrationtechnology.

Any concentrate, pulp and fruit juice produced in our production plants equipped with the ultra-filtration, Bucher presses, Belt presses, APV evaporators, Aseptic filling, storage tanks, shocking, and 2500 tons, -18 ° C cold storage rooms, pulp lines and latest technologies are now being exported to many countries in the world and adds value to the people of the region and to Turkey's economy as well.
